“总”的“确信”义及其语义刻画

摘　　要：通过回溯推理,表"持续不变"的"总"产生了"说话人确信某命题为真"的语境义,这种语境义通过语境吸收固化为"总"的词义。这种词义可以通过量级进行刻画:"总"的关联项是衍推关系中的最高量级,说话人确信该量级为真,但不排斥其他更低量级为真的可能性。Zong（总） can be used to indicate that a status is sustained in a given time. By abduc-tion inference, a context meaning has been emerged： the speaker believes the proposition what（s） he talks about is ture, At last, it becomes a new meaning of Zong（总） by absorption of conte-xtual meaning. This meaning can be analysed with pragmatic scales： Zong（总） selects a pointon the pragmatic scales and identifies it as the highest point. Comparing with those lower points, the speaker believes that the proposition which contains the highest point is most lik-ely to be ture.
