高负压引流技术在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高负压引流技术在乳腺癌根治术中的应用价值。方法选取2011年5月至12月肇庆市第一人民医院拟行乳腺癌改良根治术的乳腺癌患者100例,随机抽取50例采用高负压引流系统引流,称为高负压引流组,另50例采用传统低负压引流球引流,称为低负压引流组。将两组间的拔管时间、住院时间、引流量、皮瓣坏死率、皮下积液及术后恢复期的生活质量等指标进行对比分析。结果两组在拔管时间、住院时间、引流量、皮瓣坏死及皮下积液等方面比较差异无统计学意义,术后恢复期的生活质量高负压引流组有明显改善。结论引流方式不能减少乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后并发症;高负压引流可显著改善乳腺癌根治术患者术后恢复期的生活质量,也能减少医生的工作量,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the application value of vacuum high negative pressure drainage on modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Methods One hundred patients with breast cancer needed modified radical mastectomy were divided into two groups randomly,the patients in high negative pressure group（50 cases） were performed with modified radical mastectomy by high negative pressure drainage,the patients in low negative pressure group（50 cases） were performed with modified radical mastectomy by traditional negative pressure drainage.The days of detubation,the days of stay,the volume of drainage,the ratio of skin flap necrosis and hypodermic pyema were observed and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the days of detubation,the days of stay,the volume of drainage and the ratio of skin flap necrosis and hypodermic pyema between the two groups.The quality of life of the high negative pressure group（the group of vacuum high negative pressure drainage）patients were improved obviously.Conclusion The different drainage methods shouldn＇t reduce the complications of the breast cancer patients,but it can improve the quality of life in the perioperative period clearly and reduce doctor＇s workload,so it has clinical promotion value.
