摘 要:以泡盛曲霉40499为出发菌株,通过"神州八号"航天搭载进行太空诱变选育,共培养得到168株生长菌,经碘液染色法初筛,液态发酵法复筛,得到5株果胶酶高产菌株,分别命名为HP26-2、HP37-5、HP39-1、HP45-1、HP48-3,其中HP26-2酶活最大,达到17.162U/mL,比对照菌株高1.26倍,HP37-5和HP39-1在发酵时间60~132h持续产酶能力最强,产酶能力最稳定。The strain Aspergillus awamori 40499 was aboard in "Shenzhou VIII" spacecraft to carry out space mutation,and 168 mutant strains were isolated.Among them,5 high pectinase-producing strains were obtained after preliminary screening using 12 staining method ,and re-screening by liquid fermentation test,they were named HP26-2;HP37-5 ;HP39-1 ;HP45-1 ;HP48-3, respectively.The activity of pectinase produced by HP26-2 was the highest,reached 17.162U/mL, which was 1.26 times higher than that produced by wild strain. The pectinase continuous- producing ability of HP37-5 and HP39- 1 were stronger and more stable, they were producing pectinase steadily in the period of 60-132h fermentation.
