摘  要:针对水火弯板成型复杂曲面检测难度大且精度低的问题,提出了一种新型水火弯板板形检测方法,并引入信息物理融合系统的思想及相关技术,构建具有外板加工实时检测、外板成形协同检测等功能的水火弯板板形检测系统。研究该检测系统旨在达到水火弯板板形检测过程中通信、计算、控制三者融合的目标,从而大幅提高水火弯板板形检测过程的自动化程度。Aiming at the detection problem about superior difficulty and short precision in complicated surface occurred in line heating processing, the new line heating plate detection method is proposed. The thought and the related technology of Cyber-Physical System (CPS) is introduced. The line heating plate detection system, which has the ability of plate processing real time detection, plate forming synergy detection, is constructed. The research of the system is to get the goal of the combination of three parts such as communication, computing and control during line heating plate detection, so that it can greatly improves the automaticity of the detection processing.
