摘 要:本研究旨在比较国产双低菜籽粕与进口普通菜籽粕营养价值的不同,共分为2个试验。试验1:选取18头初始体重[(48.3±2.4)kg]相近的健康去势公猪,采用全收粪法进行消化代谢试验,随机分为3组(每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪),分别饲喂基础饲粮和2种试验饲粮。分别以国产双低菜籽粕和进口普通菜籽粕替代基础饲粮中能量饲料的20%配制2种试验饲粮。试验期14 d(前9天为适应期,后5天为收集期)。试验2:选取18头初始体重[(35.3±3.8)kg]相近的装有简单T型瘘管的健康去势公猪,采用指示剂法进行氨基酸回肠末端消化率试验,随机分为3组(每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪),分别饲喂无氮饲粮和2种试验饲粮。分别以国产双低菜籽粕和进口普通菜籽粕作为唯一蛋白质和氨基酸来源配制2种试验饲粮。试验期7 d(前5天为适应期,后2天为收集期)。结果表明:国产双低菜籽粕的表观消化能和能量的表观消化率极显著低于进口普通菜籽粕(P<0.01),国产双低菜籽粕的表观代谢能显著低于进口普通菜籽粕(P<0.05);国产双低菜籽粕的氨基酸标准回肠末端消化率较低。由此可见,国产双低菜籽粕的营养价值较进口普通菜籽粕低。This experiment was conducted to compare the nutritional value in domestic double-low rapeseed meal and imported common rapeseed meal. Two experiments were conducted in this study. Experiment 1: eighteen castrated barrows with similar initial body weight of (48.3 ± 2.4 ) kg were used in a completely randomized design. The total collection method was used. The barrows were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate. The barrows in 3 groups were fed a basal diet or two other experimental diets. The basal diet was formulated to meet requirements of growing pigs and two other experimental diets were formulated by substituting 20% of the basal diet with domestic double-low rapeseed meal or imported common rapeseed meal, respectively. The test lasted for 14 days (9 day for adaptation and 5 day for collection). Experiment 2: eighteen castrated barrows (fitted with simple T-cannulas) with similar initial body weight of (35.3 ± 3.8) kg were used in this experiment. The indicator method was used. The barrows were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and l pig per replicate. The barrows in 3 groups were fed a N-free diet or two other experimental diets. The two experimental diets were formulated with domestic double-low rapeseed meal or imported common rapeseed meal as the sole source of protein and amino acids. The test lasted for 7 days (5 day for adaptation and 2 day for collection). The results showed that the apparent digestible energy and the apparent digestibility of energy in domestic double-low rapeseed meal were significantly lower than those in imported common rapeseed meal ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the apparent metabolizable energy in domestic double-low rapeseed meal was significantly lower than that in imported common rapeseed meal ( P 〈 0.05 ). The standardized ileal digestibility of amino acids in domestic double-low rapeseed meal was lower. In conclusion, the nutritional value in domestic double-low rapeseed meal is
