我国1978年-2012年病案管理研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学分析,了解我国近34年病案管理的发展状况。方法对中国生物医学文献数据库1978年-2012年收录的病案管理文献从出版年份、期刊分布、研究热点、基金论文等进行统计分析。结果病案管理论文从1978年发文量的不足10篇上升到2000年的200篇以上;486种期刊中初步认定33种核心期刊;广东、北京、江苏和山东的发文量占文献总量的41.79%;核心作者139人(占作者数的4.77%)共发表论文736篇(占全部论文总数的17.29%);基金资助的病案管理论文仅占文献总量的1.93%;发文量20篇以上的医院共有14家,其中军队医院有6家。结论我国病案管理呈阶梯式发展,与病案专业教育发展吻合,总体呈上升趋势;地域发展不均衡,呈核心分布;基金论文比例较低;军队在病案管理上的研究和投入一直走在全国的前列。Objective To understand the development state of medical records management in nearly 34 years by bibliometric analysis in China. Methods To make a statistical analysis on the medical record management literature from 1978 to 2012 on Chinese biomedical bibliographic database, especially in aspects such as the year of publication, journal distribution, research focus, fund pa- pers and so on. Results The number of medical records management literatures rose from less than 10 in 1978 to more than 200 in 2000. There are 33 core journals in 486 journals, and Guangdong, Beijing, Jiangsu and Shandong published 41.79% of the litera- tures. 139 core authors（accounting 4.77% of total） published 736 papers （accounting 17.29% of total）. There are only 1.93% funded papers in the literature. 14 hospitals published more than 20 papers, which including six military hospitals. Conclusions The medical records management presents a stepwise development and consist with the development of medical record department, and shows a rising trend in general. It has central tendency, but the development is not balanced in different areas. The proportion of fund papers is relatively lower and military hospital has been at the forefront of research and investment on the medical record manage- ment.
