摘　　要：[目的]从《内经》阳气理论探讨喉痹的中医治疗法则。[方法]通过系统分析《内经》阳气理论,结合喉痹的病因病机,探讨喉痹的治则治法。[结果《]内经》对咽喉生理功能的解释为阴阳升降之要,认为对喉痹的治疗关键在于阴阳平衡,应加强阳气理论的使用,结合案例实践证明这一治疗法则具有较好的临床实践价值。[结论《]内经》阳气理论可作为喉痹治疗的理论依据。[Objective] To explore the treatment principle of pharyngitis based on the yang qi theory of The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic.[Methods]The treatment principle of pharyngitis was explored by systematically analyzing the yang qi theory of The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic,as well as the etiology and pathogenesis of pharyngitis.[Results]Pharyngitis in term of physiological function was the kernel of ascending and descending of yin-yang.Its treatment should be rooted in getting yin-yang balance according to the yang qi theory.Then this theory was successfully practiced in the treatment of a typical case.[Conclusion] Yang qi theory could be considered effective in the treatment of pharyngitis.
