兑卤法冷冻硫酸镁生产工艺研究

摘　　要：在以制盐母液为原料的七水硫酸镁生产过程中,母液中钠镁比值较高,自由水量较低,硫酸镁产品产量和质量都相对较低。通过研究发现,在原料中兑入一定比例的氯化镁废液,降低钠镁比值,增加自由水量,使硫酸镁收率由不足35%提高到50%,粗镁质量由85%提高到95%以上,氯化钠含量由先前的8%降到2%以下。In the magnesium sulfate production as the material of mother liquid of salt production,the yield and quality of magnesium sulfate product are both lower,due to the ratio of Na＋ and Mg2 ＋ is higher,but the free water is lower in the mother liquid.After experiments,we found after that adding waste liquid of magnesium chloride to the material of mother liquid in certain proportion,the yield of magnesium sulfate improved to 50% from 35%,the purity improved to more than 95% from below 85%,these due to the ratio of Na＋ and Mg2 ＋ was reduced and the free water rised in the mother liquid.
