探讨丝裂霉素C在预防准分子激光皮下角膜磨镶术后haze形成的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨丝裂霉素C(MVC)在准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)手术中的应用效果。方法:选取我院于2011年～2012年140例(280只眼睛)患者根据临床资料分为2组,准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)手术中应用丝裂霉素C(MVC)组80例(160只眼睛);对照组60例(120只眼睛)不使用任何药物,术后观察2组角膜上皮下雾状混浊(haze)形成、角膜上皮的愈合时间以及视力的恢复情况。结果:LASEK手术后,MVC组1个月、3个月、6个月检查眼睛治疗效果,0级和0.5级治愈数目较多。未使用任何药物进行治疗的效果一般,1级和2级数目较多。因此可以证明准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)手术应用MVC组轻于对照组。结论:LASEK手术应用0.02%MVC手术后haze形成安全有效,术后视力恢复良好没有副作用。Objective：To investigate the effect mitomycin C（MVC ） in the preventing haze fromation after laser subepithelial keratomileusis （LASEK）.Methods：140 cases of patients（280 eyes） admitted in our hospital between 2011 and 2012 were divided into two groups according to the clinical data.The observation group were given LASEK combined MVC group was 80 cases（160 eyes）;While the control group（120 eyes） didn＇t use any drugs.Corneal haze formation in the epithelial,corneal epithelial healing time and the vision re- covery were observed after the surgery.Results：Aftering 1 month,3months and 6months of the LASER surgery,majority cure number was cure 0 and 0.5 grade in MVC group.However,the efficacy of control group which didn＇t use any drugs was not that good.The majority cure number was 1 and 2 grade in control group.The results indicated that for LASER surgery,MVC group was lighter than control group. Conclusion：It might be safer and more effective to use 0.02%MVC after the LASER surgery for prevention haze fromation,and the vision recovery should be better with no side effect.
