胰腺组织制片方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的解决胰腺组织与其他组织同步处理,组织易脆或脱水不彻底,难以切出完整的组织切片。方法根据胰腺组织学特性,选用偏碱性的固定液固定、正丁醇透明组织,对常规组织制片中的关键步骤进行了改进。结果制片效果非常好,胰腺组织脆性明显改善,组织切片完整易切,组织细胞着色鲜艳。结论改进胰腺组织制片方法优于常规组织制片方法,克服了切屑胰腺组织较碎的弊病和摊片时组织裂开的现象。[ Objective ] To solve the problems when pancreatic tissue is synchronous processed with other tissue and pancreatic tissue is brittle and dewatered halfway, and to overcome the difficulty to get intact pancreatic tissue wax slice. [ Methods ] According to the histology character of pancreatic, meta-basylous fixation fluid was used to fix, n-butanol was used to clear tissue, the key steps of routine tissue slices were improved. [ Results ] These slices of pancreatic tissue were intact, the brittlement of pancreatic tissue was improved, the color of these slices was bright. [ Conclusion] The improved pancreatic tissue slice-making method is to be superior to the conventional ones, it overcomes the broken scraps ills of pancreatic tissue and the tissue split phenomenon.
