摘 要:稀土有机转光剂粒径较小,在水中易产生团聚.通过肉眼观察以及吸光度分析法对转光剂分散体系的分散性进行了探讨,结果表明:随高速搅拌时间的延长,粉体在水中的分散性能提高,分散剂的加入在不同程度上改善了转光剂的分散性,且分散剂用量对纳米粉体的分散性影响较大,分散剂用量不足或过多均不利于分散,通过试验得出各类分散剂的最佳质量浓度.Particle diameter of rare earth organic light conversion agent is small, and is easy to produce re- union in water. The dispersity of light conversion agent was discussed through naked eye observation and ab- sorbance analysis method. The results showed that the dispersion performance of the powder in water was improved with the high-speed stirring time prolonging. The dispersity was improved to some extent by adding some dispersing agent in light conversion agent solution, and the dispersant dosage had a great effect on the dispersity of nanometer powder. Insufficient or excessive dispersant were disadvantageous to the spreading of light conversion agent in water. The optimum dispersion concentrations of various dispersant were obtained through experiments.
