摘  要:粘枪、烧枪是溅渣护炉中存在的主要问题之一。从溅渣技术和冶炼操作两方面进行分析,找到了影响粘枪、烧枪的主要影响因素。包况钢水出净与否,溅渣过程炉内气流状态,氧枪喷孔中心线夹角,枪位,枪冷却效果,造渣料加入时机,石灰质量,并提出些解决办法,有效缓解了溅渣护炉中粘枪、烧枪现象。The phenomena of sticking and burning lances is one of the main problems during furnace maintenance with slag splashing. This paper gives analysis on the problems from tow aspects of the slag splashing technology and smelting operation. The main influencing element for sticking and burning lances are founded. Whether molten steel outflow thoroughly or not, airflow status in furnace during splashing slag, center included angel of oxygen lance's orifice, lance's position, the cooling result of lance, the opportunity of adding produce slag material and quality of lime are included. This paper also offers some solutions so as to relieve the phenomena of sticking and burning lance among splashing slag gourd effectively.
