摘　　要：从人才培养顶层设计、课堂教学、教学科研互动等方面,探讨了高水平土木工程技术类本科学员的培养方法与途径,对土木工程专业人才培养质量的提高有一定的参考价值。New requirements are described to satisfy the demands of the cadet training objectives of civil engineering in new situations. The training approaches are systematically investigated for high level cadets majoring in sciences and technology by means of top planning, course teaching, teaching and research interaction, which is useful for the improvements of the quality of talents.
