摘　　要：人在异国他乡,难免会陷入因文化差异而引起的冲突。要想化解跨文化冲突,旅居者必须做到:第一、保持清醒的跨文化交际意识,坦然面对,沉着应付;第二、保持必要的跨文化敏觉力,暂缓判断;第三、积极尝试各种信息技巧,尽量与对方沟通。It ＇ s unavoidable for sojourners to have conflicts with others in an alien land. In order to settle intercultural conflicts, sojourners must see to it that, firstly, keep a sober sense of intercultural communication ; secondly, keep a fundamental intercultural sensitivity and suspend judgments on the other party; and lastly, try every possible message skill to communicate with the other party so as to achieve mutual understanding.
