摘　　要：以煤炭企业为例,针对当前企业发展中存在的资源浪费严重、环境污染加剧、恶性事故频发、员工利益保护出现盲区等一些严重的社会责任缺失的伦理问题,阐述加强企业伦理建设的重要性,认为企业在追求经济利益的同时,更应承担起节约资源、保护环境、安全生产、注重人权等社会责任,并提出了解决当前企业伦理问题的对策及建议。Taking coal enterprises as an example, this article mainly explores social responsibility and ethical issues such as waste ofresources, environmentalpollution, terrible accident, benefit protection ofstaff, etc. in enterprise development, It also highlights the significance of strengthening ethical construction. Lastly, this article advises that the enterprise should shoulder the social responsibility of resource conservation, en- vironmental protection, production safety, and human rights protection when they pursue economic interests. Some measures are put forward to solve the problem of business ethics.
