摘  要:平刨床通常用于加工零件的基准面,其是净料加工中必不可少的工序,也是家具生产中事故多发的工序,其中又以"刨刀伤手"事故发生最多。以"刨刀伤手"事故作为顶上事件,调查"刨刀伤手"事故产生的原因,绘制"刨刀伤手"事故树与事故树逻辑图;应用布尔代数计算"刨刀伤手"事故树的最小割集与最小径集,计算分析其各基本事件的结构重要度;依据杜邦公司故障概率的六个等级,给基本事件概率赋值,通过计算顶上事件"刨刀伤手"事故的发生概率,计算分析各基本事件的概率重要度系数、临界重要度系数,从敏感度和自身概率双重角度找出各基本事件对顶上事件"刨刀伤手"的影响程度,从而为制定针对"刨刀伤手"事故的平刨床安全措施提供依据。Surface planing is usually intended for the datum surface of components to be processed, not only an indispensable process but also a process involving a lot of accidents in furniture manufacturing, with "hand injury by drawknife" accidents occupying the largest proportion. With "hand injury by drawknife" accidents as a top incident, the causes of "hand injury by drawknife" accidents are investigated, the accident tree and the accident tree logic are drawn; the minimum cut set and the least path set of the diagram "hand injury by drawknife" accident tree is calculated with Boolean algebra, with structural importance degrees of each basic incident analyzed; according to the six grades of failure probability of Dupont Company, based on the probability assignment of basic incidents, through the calculation of the occurrence probability of the top incident of "hand injury by drawknife" accidents, the probability importance coefficient and critical importance coefficient of each basic incident are calculated and analyzed incident on the top incident of "hand injury by drawknife" accidents is found out from th probabilities, thereby providing basis for the formulation of safety measures against "hand and the effect of each basic e angles of sensitivity and their injury by drawknife" accidents.
