益气聪明汤治疗阿尔茨海默病30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气聪明汤治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效。方法将60例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予口服益气聪明汤,对照组予口服吡拉西坦片。2组均连续治疗3个月后统计临床疗效,并予治疗前后分别采用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)进行评分。结果 2组治疗后MMSE评分均改善(P<0.01),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率56.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论益气聪明汤治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqicongming decoction on Alzheimer＇ s disease. Methods 60 Alzheimer＇ s disease patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment received Yiqicongming decoction. Control group received Piracetam Tablets. The clinical effect was counted by MMSE after 3 months of continuous treat- ment. Results MMSE score after treatment was improved in two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total effective rate in treatment group（ 83.3% ） was higher than that in control group（56.7%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Yiqicongrning decoction has definite effect on Alzhei- mer＇ s disease.
