农村“空巢老人”卫生保障状况及改善对策

摘　　要：农村"空巢老人"卫生保障状况越来越受到社会的广泛关注,"空巢"老人身体健康状况不容小觑,呈现出疾病种类多、疾病预防难、治病困难多的状况;其原因是医疗资源分配不均衡、医疗保健观念陈旧、传统养老方式呈现出不适应性等;目前已经有护理人员对"空巢老人"进行照顾以及通过互济养老模式等措施来解决这一问题;还应在政策允许范围内,拓宽保障范围、加强疾病预防、完善养老制度、培养健康观念,提高农村"空巢老人"卫生保障水平。The healthcare of rural ＂ empty nest elderly＂ has caused more and more social attentions. More kinds of diseases, more difficulties in disease prevention and cure has emerged. The reason is the imbalance of medical resource allocation, medical care ideas are old and the inadaptability of traditional way of old-age care, etc. At present, there are some nursing staff take care of ＂empty nest elderly＂ and mutual endowment pattern measures are taken to solve this problem, beside this, the scope of protection should be broaden, disease preven- tion should be strengthened, pension system should be perfected, healthy concept should be developed by using new rural cooperative medical system, in order to improve the rural ＂empty nest elderly＂ healthcare.
