摘　　要：对癌症患者过度医疗的成因有一些区别于其他疾病的特征,造成癌症过度医疗的因素既有癌症医学发展的客观原因,又有来自社会、医生、患者等多方面的因素。从医学伦理学的各个角度提出解决这一问题的方法,如制定双向诊治规范、转变癌症治疗伦理观念、提高医者的人文意识与医德修养、改变信息不对等状态、健全医疗管理政策法规等,为杜绝癌症诊疗中的过度医疗行为提供参考。Overtreatment on cancer patients has its distinguishing features. It＇s caused by complicated factors, such as cancer medical science development, social, doctors and patients factors. In this article, some feasible ethical countermeasures are raised, such as establishing two-way standards of diagnosis and treatment, changing the ethical patterns in treatment, developing doctors＇humanism conscious and moral cultivation, balancing the information awareness and improving the laws and rules of medical management are the measures to prevent overtreatment on cancer patients.
