摘  要:目的探讨下呼吸道感染患者血清降钙素原水平(PCT)与营养状况的关系,为临床及时预测及评估患者营养状况提供依据。方法测定175例下呼吸道感染患者入院时血清PCT、前清蛋白(PA)、清蛋白(Alb)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清钙水平(Ca2+)和血红蛋白(Hb)水平、淋巴细胞计数(LY)等营养指标。根据PCT水平进行评分,将患者分为5组,进行营养状况比较以及PCT评分与营养指标的相关性分析。结果不同PCT组间患者血清PA、Alb、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C和Ca2+水平差异显著(F=9.815,P<0.01;F=4.812,P<0.01;F=5.604,P<0.01;F=5.367,P<0.01;F=4.642,P<0.01;F=7.159,P<0.01)。患者PCT评分与Hb、血清PA、Alb、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C和Ca2+水平具有负相关性(r=-0.169,P<0.05;r=-0.461,P<0.01;r=-0.434,P<0.01;r=-0.299,P<0.01;r=-0.358,P<0.01;r=-0.165,P<0.05;r=-0.287,P<0.01)。结论下呼吸道感染患者PCT水平与营养状况具有密切关系,可作为预测和评价患者营养状况的指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum procalcitonin(PCT) level and nutriture in patients with lower respiratory tract infection,and to provide a basis for the timely clinical prediction and assessment of the patients ’s nutriture.Methods Detection was made in the serum PCT,prealbumin(PA),albumin(Alb),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),serum calcium(Ca2 +) level,hemoglobin(Hb) level,and lymphocyte count(Ly) of 175 patients with lower respiratory tract infection at the time of admission.Scoring was made according to PCT level.Those patients were divided into 5 groups.Their nutritures were compared,and the correlation between the PCT score and the nutritive indexes were analyzed.Results There were significant difference in the serum PA,Alb,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,and Ca2 + levels between those groups(F = 9.815,P &lt; 0.01;F = 4.812,P &lt; 0.01;F = 5.604,P &lt; 0.01;F = 5.367,P &lt; 0.01;F = 4.642,P &lt; 0.01;F = 7.159,P &lt; 0.01).There was a negative correlation between the patients’ PCT scores and Hb,serum PA,Alb,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,and Ca2 + levels(r =-0.169,P &lt; 0.05;r =-0.461,P &lt; 0.01;r =-0.434,P &lt; 0.01;r =-0.299,P &lt; 0.01;r =-0.358,P &lt; 0.01;r =-0.165,P &lt; 0.05;r =-0.287,P &lt; 0.01).Conclusion There is a close correlation between the PCT level and the nutriture in patients with lowers respiratory tract infection.The PCT level can be used as an index for the prediction and assessment of the patients’ nutriture.
