摘　　要：目的:通过对恶性肿瘤疾病患者的调查,了解其伴发皮肤疾病或治疗中诱发皮肤并发症的相关情况,以利于防范.方法:分别在武汉市3所三甲医院的肿瘤专科病区,任选部份综合病房(收治多病种,并以放、化疗为主要治疗)和乳腺病房(手术并结合放、化疗),均已确诊而正在治疗中的恶性肿瘤病人.采用先阅读病历,再与病者个别交谈,相继进行皮肤体检等方式进行调查.结果:共调查原发性恶性肿瘤506例,包涵有22个病种.其中:肺癌患者175例,乳腺癌174例,鼻咽癌60例,皮肤鳞癌5例等.在肺癌病人中,曾长期嗜烟者117例(其中仅1例女性)(占66.86%),其分别吸烟5～30多年.调查时发现:脱发312例(占61.66%);已接受放射治疗共273例,其中发生放射性皮炎63例(占23.08%),且急性放射性皮炎60例,慢性3例;另发现:荨麻疹33例,药疹和药物接触性皮炎各6例.上述症情分别与采用的放、化疗,内外用药有关;病毒感染26例(占5.14%),其中单纯、带状疱疹共10例(占1.98%).其发病有可能与患者病重体衰,加之接受多种治疗,而导致免疫机能低下诱发等情况有关.肺癌、鼻咽癌之发病,显示与长期嗜烟密切相关.结论:提示在保证疗效的前提下,对以上情况应多加关注,医患共同努力以避免和防范.Objective： through investigation on malignant tumor diseases, understand the relevant situation with skin disease or treatment induced skin complications, in order to prevent. Method： specialist in three hospitals in the city tumor ward, optional part of Comprehensive Ward （from multiple diseases, and to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, as the main treatment） and breast ward （operation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy）, have been diagnosed and under treatment of the patients with malignant tumor. By reading history and interviewing, physical examination have been carried out to investigate the skin. Results ： the survey of primary malignant tumors were 506 cases, included 22 cases. Of which ： 175 cases of patients with lung cancer, 174 cases of breast carcinoma, 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma in 5 cases. In lung cancer patients, 117 patients had long-term smoker （one of only 1 female patients） 117/175 = 66.86% ）, respectively, smoking 5 years ~ 30 years. Survey found that： alopecia in 312 patients （312 / 506 = 61.66% ） ; has received radiation therapy in 273 cases, 63 cases of radioactive dermatitis （63/273 =23.08% ）, in which, for 60 cases of acute radiation dermatitis, 3 cases with chronic urticaria; another finding： 33 cases, drug and drug contact dermatitis in 6 cases. The above symptoms respectively with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, internal and external use; 26 cases of virus infection （26/506 =5.14% ）, herpes, herpes zoster in 10 cases （10/506 = 1.98% ）. Its onset, and patients may be seriously ill and frail, and received a variety of treatment, resulting in low immune function induced by other related. The incidence of lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, display and is closely related to long-term smoking. Conclusion ： it is in the premise of ensuring efficacy, should pay more attention to the situation, avoid and prevent the common.
