摘　　要：针对芯片生产企业在生产过程中产生的能耗和污染问题,运用生命周期评价方法进行了分析,提出了一系列切实可行的清洁生产方案,并对其进行组织实施,取得了良好的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益,促进了企业清洁生产.In this paper, the method of life cycle assessment is used to analyse the energy consumption and pollution problems in the production process of the chips production enterprise. It puts forward a series of practical programme on cleaner production, and the implement of the programme achieves good environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits, and promotes cleaner production of the enterprise.
