多元要素界面上企业关键子系统一体化管理研究

摘　　要：企业发展过程中需要解决的问题可分为两大类,一类是处理外部环境影响,一类是管理内部职能。为了使企业更主动地识别和利用外部要素,提出多元要素界面的概念以替代外部环境说。在内部管理过程中,沟通与协调上的困难制约了企业的关键职能发挥,为此构建企业关键子系统并将之进行一体化的设计。研究可知,企业内外两大要素的互动可以借助"多元要素界面上企业关键子系统一体化"的模式实现。The problem which has to be solved in the process of the development of enterprises organization contains two categories, one is the handling of external environmental impact, and the other is the management of internal function. In order to make the enterprise in a more positive position in distinguishing and using the external factors, this paper puts forward the concept of ＂multivariate element interface＂ to replace the concept of external environment. As the difficulties of the and coordination restrict the key function to play its role in the development of the enterprise during the internal administrative control, we construct the key subsystems of enterprises, and make the design of its integration. The research shows the interaction of the two elements inside and outside the enterprise can be realized by the management model-- ＂the integration of the key subsystems＂
