摘 要:作者将22只家兔制成体温过低症动物模型,复温后对红细胞某些功能进行120h的连续观察,结果按时间顺序有下列变化:红细胞自溶血度显著增高;G-6-PD活性由616.7±73.2下降至514.2±48.8相对活力单位(n=11,P<0.05);红细胞自氧化敏感度从99.5±38.3上升到210.8±37.4mol MDA/mg Hb(n=7,P<0.05)。后两者间存在着线性负相关(r=-0.705;P<0.05)。以上结果说明兔经低温复温后,循环红细胞严重受损,表现为G-6-PD活性降低,抗氧化能力衰减,易发生红细胞脂质过氧化。An animal model to study deep hypothermia in rabbits was established, and some functions of rabbits' eythrocytes were observed successively after being rewarmed The various changes of the erythrocytic indices were found with time sequence as following increasing of erythrocytic osmotic fragility, inhibition of G-6-PD activity from 616.7 ± 73.2 down to 514.2 ± 48.8 relative activity unit (P<0.05); a rising erythrocyte autoxidation susceptibility from 99.5 ± 38.3 up to 210.8 ± 37.4 mol MDA/mg Hb(P<0.05). These findings show that erythrocytes of rabbits suffered from hypothermia are injuried severely and decreases in both G-6-PD activity and capacity of antioxidation result in tending to lipid peroxidation of the erythrocytic membrane.
