摘  要:结合某副车架的开发要求,利用ABAQUS软件对副车架进行强度分析。根据各工况的应力分布情况,找出了应力集中的位置并分析其产生的原因,通过Optistruct软件对4个应力较大工况进行优化设计,对比优化前后结果,副车架在满足强度的前提下,总质量减小了4.7%,表明提出的优化方案是合理正确的,指导了新车副车架的开发。According to the research and development requirements of a new vehicle, strength of subframe was analyzed by ABAQUS. According to the analysis results, the location of stress concentration was found out and its causes were analyzed. An optimal design for the four higher stress conditions was done by Optistruet. Contrast the results before and after optimization, the total mass was reduced by 4.7% with the request of stress. The results show that the optimal method is reasonable and correct, and guides the development of the new car's subframe.
