摘　　要：【摘要】目的探讨贫困重性精神疾病患者实施免费药物治疗的效果。方法对317例贫困重性精神疾病患者在实施免费药物治疗前、治疗后12个月、24个月分别用阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）、危险性评估量表、自编调查问卷等方面进行效果评估。结果经过免费药物治疗后，PANSS量表总分明显下降，治疗第12、24个月与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；SDSS总分在治疗后12、24个月逐渐下降，治疗12个月与治疗前评分比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗24个月与治疗前评分比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）；危险性评估分级从3～5级下降到0～3级，无4级和5级患者出现。结论对贫困重性精神疾病患者实施免费药物治疗，对促进患者社会回归，减轻患者家庭负担和精神压力，维护社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the effect of the free medication project for poor people with serious mental illness. Methods 317 poor patients with serious mental illness were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）, Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS）, risk assessment scale, self-designed questionnaire to evaluate the effect of the free medication project at baseline and at the 12th, 24th month of the free medication. Results Total score of PANSS at the 12th, 24th month of the free medication decreased significantly when compared with the baseline （P 〈 0.01 ）. Total score of SDS at the 12th, 24th month decreased significantly when compared with the baseline （P 〈0.05, 0.01 respectively）. At the 24th month of the free medication project, risk assessment decreased from level of 3 - 5 to level of 0 ~ 3, and there was no subject with level of 4 or 5. Conclusion The free medication project for poor people with serious mental illness is of great importance in promoting social rehabilitation, reducing family burden and mental stress, maintaining social stability.
