摘　　要：健美裁判员职业道德规范是在健美竞赛过程中执行裁判工作时,所共同遵循和体现的行为准则,是做好健美竞赛工作的基础。文章阐述了健美裁判员道德基本特点,健美裁判员的道德品质,健美裁判员思想修养,健美裁判道德的作用,以及培养健美裁判员职业道德素养应注意的问题。要求健美裁判员在执法中必须严格遵循"严肃、认真、公正、准确"的工作准则,提高自己的思想觉悟和道德修养,用职业道德标准来指导执行健美裁判工作。Professional moral standards for bodybuilding referees are the behavior criteria which are to be followed and to be reflected by referees in bodybuilding competition process, and which are also basic for the successful organization of a competition. This paper expounds the basic characteristics of the moralities for bodybuilding referees, the moral qualities, the thought accomplishment, the roles of the moralities, and the points to be paid attention to in the cultivation of referee moralities. The work rules of seriousness, carefulness, fairness, accuracy must be strictly abi ded by. Ideological consciousness and moral accomplishments should be improved and the refereeing work should be guided by professional moral standards.
