摘　　要：本文分析全球生产网络背景下汽车整车制造商与零部件供应商关系的变化及其特征。本文认为,模块化生产对全球汽车业整零关系的变化产生了重要的影响,同时也给我国汽车业自主创新和企业成长提供了更大的发展契机。The paper analyses the impact of modular production and global production networks on the competition in global automotive industry.It also probes into the characteristics and trends of automotive production networks.The study shows that modular production has great impact on the change of the relationship between the manufacturers and suppliers and also brings about the opportunity for the firms growth and innovation in China.
