灵芝多糖的微波法提取及抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：采用单因子和正交实验优化灵芝子实体粗多糖微波法提取工艺和硫酸蒽酮比色法,建立了灵芝子实体粗多糖微波提取和检测方法。过60目筛的粉末作为样品,预浸1.5 h,水提液pH 8.0,料水比1∶70,微波功率400 W,微波时间20 min,提取2次,然后采用90%硫酸-蒽酮法,水浴10 min进行多糖比色检测。通过多糖清除DPPH自由基的实验,初步探讨了微波法提取灵芝多糖的抗氧化能力。The extraction method and sulfuric acid anthrone detection method of Ganoderma lucidum polyscaccharides （GLP） were optimized by single factors and orthogonal experiment. The optimum method of extraction and detection for GLP was as followed： powder sample through a 60 mesh sieve, presoak for 1.5 h, pH 8. 0, the mass ratio of Ganoderma lucidum and water 1 ： 70, microwave power 400 W for 20 min, extracted twice and then 90% sulfuric acid anthrone-detection method with water bath for 10 min. The antioxidant ability of GLP extraction by microwave method was studied through tests on scavenging DPPH free radicals.
