摘　　要：介绍了在棒材冷床上料液压同步控制的几种方法。阐述了三种设计方案的控制原理和特点,对方案的技术性能做了详细对比。最后总结出最佳的控制方式,根据工程的实践经验,对冷床裙板液压同步控制设计方案进行了优化。既减少了设备投资和设备维护工作量,又减少了污染源,并且能够满足高效率的生产。A few kinds of methods were intoduced in this paper,which is the hydraulic synchronous control of the cooling bed tilting aprons of bar milling.According to engineering experience in practice,the design was improved on.The control principles and characteristics of three kinds of design were introduced,the technique function of the scheme did detailed contrast.At last the superior control way is summarized and optimizing the scheme,as well as decrease the equipment investment,maintenance work,and environmental pollution and can satisfied the high efficient production.
