摘 要:[目的]研究日本蟳对水环境中草甘膦致毒胁迫的生理应答,探讨水环境中草甘膦污染液对水生生物生理功能的影响。[方法]以日本蟳肝胰腺中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)及血清中的酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性为参数,测定不同处理体积分数和处理时间的草甘膦对日本蟳上述酶活性的影响。[结果]水环境中的草甘膦对日本蟳GPT、GOT表现出明显的诱导效应,并与其体积分数密切相关;从相同体积分数不同时间段来看,GPT、GOT活性是随处理时间延长先升高而后降低,且差异显著,最高值均出现在2.0μL/L、48 h组,分别是对照组的3倍和2.9倍。用2.0μL/L草甘膦溶液处理日本蟳,其血清中的SOD活性随时间延长逐渐上升,至96 h达到最高点,96 h高于对照组76%;CAT活性在24、48 h均远高于对照组,至48 h达到最高,高出对照组384%,96 h恢复至对照组水平;AKP活性自24 h即有明显上升趋势,48 h达到最高,高出对照组75%,96 h基本恢复至对照组水平;ACP活性自24 h开始升高,48 h达到最高,与对照组相比高出200%,至96 h仍高于对照组52%。[结论]日本蟳对水环境中草甘膦的致毒胁迫产生强烈的生理应答,肝胰腺中GTP和GOP的活性可以作为水环境中农药污染生化水平上的评价指标。[Aims] Physiological response of Charybdis japonica to glyphosate toxicity stress in the water environment was studied and the effect of glyphosate contaminated liquid in the water environment on the physiological functions of aquatic organisms was explored.[Methods] The effects of glyphosate on the activities of glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT),aspartate transaminase(GOT) in the hepatopancreas and acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxide and catalase(CAT) in the serum of Charybdis japonica were studied,respectively.[Results] Glyphosate in the water environment had the significant induction effects was found in the GPT and GOT of C.japonica,which was closely related to its concentration.The activity of GPT and GOT first increased and then decreased with time during the period of the same concentration,and the significant difference was found among the treatments,with the highest value in 2.0 μL/L and 48 h group,reaching the 3-fold and 2.9-fold of the control group,respectively.Treated with 2.0 μL/L of glyphosate solution,the SOD activity in the serum of C.japonica increased gradually with time and reached its highest point at 96 h,76% higher than that in the control group.The CAT activity was much higher at 24 and 48 h than the control group,with the highest value at 48 h,384% higher than that in the control group and then restored to the level of the control group at 96 h.The AKP activity increased clearly at 24 h and reached its highest values at 48 h,75% higher than that in the control group and then also restored to the level of the control group at 96 h.The ACP activity increased from 24 h and reached its highest point at 48 h,200% higher than that in the control group,and 52% higher than that in the control group at 96 h.[Conclusions] The strong physiological responses to toxicity stress of glyphosate in the aquatic environment was shown in C.japonica,and GPT and GOT in the hepatopancreas could be used as the evaluation index on the bioch
