摘  要:在一台整车试验满足国Ⅲ排放法规要求的多点电喷汽油机上,利用强化剂(醇醚类混合剂)与甲醇和市售93#汽油按一定比例配制成M15、M30和M85强化燃料的方法进行外特性、燃油经济性和排放特性试验.研究表明:在发动机参数未做任何调整的情况下,M15和M30强化燃料对发动机的动力性和燃油经济性有所改善,而M85强化燃料的动力性降低,质量比油耗升高;随着强化燃料中甲醇比例的增加,NO_x和HC排放减少,非常规排放甲醛和甲醇排放急剧增加,乙醛排放减少,M85强化燃料的CO排放有较大幅度的减少.经普通车用三效催化器(TWC)后,NO_x、CO和HC以及甲醛、乙醛和甲醇排放有明显的改善,催化效率在85%以上.Three different methanol blending ratios of an improved fuel(M15,M30 and M85) which is composed of methanol,gasoline and enhancer were tested on an electronically controlled multi-point port injection gasoline engine.The measuring results showed that the power output and fuel economy of the gasoline engine were improved by the low ratio of the improved fuel,while the high ratios were on the opposite.With the ratio increased,NO_x and HC decreased,however,formaldehyde and unburned methanol increased tremendously.Only with high methanol ratio(M85) CO has a significant decrease,but acetaldehyde decreased at all the conditions.However,all emissions were eliminated obviously after TWC,no matter whatever kind of the emission is.
