摘 要:作者应用核酸打点杂交方法,观察原发性甲状腺癌15例、甲状腺瘤3例和正常甲状腺5例组织中c-myc原癌基因的表达.结果表明:9例甲状腺癌c-myc基因表达较正紧组织增高3-11倍.具有c-myc基因过度表达的甲状腺癌患者甲状腺癌预后指数≥66的发生率高于其他患者(P<0.05),提示c-myc基因的过度表达可能与甲状腺癌的不良预后有关.The auther reported expression of ifte r-myc gate was studled by RNA dot - blot hybridization in tumor specimens from 15 patients with promary thyraid caremomas , 3 patients with thyroid adenomas , tissues from 5 normal thyroid tissues P dATP labeled prohe of c - myc fragment of cloned gene was used to hybridize with the cellular total RNA We found that in 9 of the 15 cancer patients , c- myc proto- oncogene was over -expressed (3-11 times higher chan that in normal thyroid tissues ). Patients whose tumors showed c- myc overexpression had a greater madenec for the thyroid carcinoma prognosis indexes more than or equal to 66 than other patients (P<0.05). It suggests that overexpression of c -myc proto - oncogene may be associated with unfavourable prognosis of thyroid carcinoma .
