摘　　要：幼儿园和美管理文化应顺应时代潮流,符合办学实际,营造轻松和谐的办学运行环境,讲究沟通与管理艺术,追求高效的办学效果。建构高品质的幼儿园和美管理文化,关键在于把握制约幼儿园管理文化品质的内外因素,确立并长期坚持和美管理理念,建立科学的和美管理体系,创设和美校园环境,完善民主管理机制,并致力于提升全体教职员工的素质。The harmonious and beautiful management culture of kindergarten should conform to the trend of the times and accord with the practice of running a school. The kindergarten should create a relaxed and harmonious environment and pay attention to the communication and management art, and result in efficiency. To found such culture, the key is to grasp the factors influencing the kindergarten management system and culture.
