摘 要:用浓度为1.0%、1.5%的氯钾离子共体在黄瓜幼苗子叶期和第一真叶期进行两次诱导处理(叶部喷施),以蒸馏水为对照(CK),对黄瓜叶片内与霜霉病诱导抗性相关的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶进行电泳分析(SDS-聚丙稀酰氨凝胶电泳),结果表明:萌动种子中出现的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶酶带最多;诱导后的第1天到第27天黄瓜叶片中产生了分子量为49.5KD、43.3KD、33.1KD的三条新的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶酶带,这些新产生的酶带是经氯钾离子共体诱导后产生的与黄瓜对霜霉病的诱导抗性相关的特异性免疫信号蛋白酶。The cucumber seedling were induced by copolymer of chlorine and potassium ions with 1.0% and 1.5% concentration, water was check (CK) ,at the stage of cotyledon and the first true leaf ,then the diagram of proteins, β - 1,3 - glucanase isozyme were analyzed, which were pathogenesis - related proteins. The main results were as follows : after SDS - PAGE, the most bands of proteins, β - 1,3 - glucanase were appeared in the cucumber's seed. The first day to the twenty - seventh day after induced, three new β - 1,3 - glucanase bands, which molecular weight were 49.5KD ,43.3KD and 33.1KD were appeared in the cucumber's leaf. Thess new proteins bands were Pathogenesis - related proteins that related with induced disease resistance of cucumber to the downy mildew.
