摘　　要：目的研究膜-细胞骨架连接分子Ezrin与Survivin在胃癌及正常胃组织中表达的相互关系,探讨它们在胃癌的发生发展、浸润和转移中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测54例胃癌中Ezrin、Sur-vivin的表达情况,探讨Ezrin、Survivin与胃癌临床病理因素的关系。结果 Ezrin在胃癌中的表达率(85.2%)明显高于正常胃组织(53.3%)(P<0.05);Ezrin的表达与胃癌TNM分期、远隔转移和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。胃癌中Survivin高表达(72.2%),且肿瘤浸润深(P<0.01)、有淋巴转移(P<0.05)、临床分期高(P<0.01)时升高。胃癌组织中Ezrin与Survivin的表达呈正相关(r=0.303,P<0.05)。结论 Ezrin和Survivin在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用,联合检测可作为判断胃癌恶性程度和预后的指标。【Objective】 To study the expression of Ezrin and Survivin in gastric cancer and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis,clinicopathologic feature and prognosis.【Methods】 Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Ezrin and Survivin in 54 cases of gastric cancer.The relationship between the expression of Ezrin,Survivin and tumor angiogenesis,clinicopathologic feature of patients was analyzed.【Results】 The positive expression rate of ezrin in gastric cancer（85.2%） was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue（53.3%）,（P 0.05）;The expression of Ezrin in gastric cancer was significantly associated with TNM stage,distant metastasis and lymph-node metastasis,P 0.05;The expression of Survivin in gastric cancers was high（72.2%）,and increased with invasive depth（P 0.01）,clinical stages（P 0.01） and occurring of lymphatic（P 0.05）.There was a positive correlation between expression of Ezrin and Survivin（r =0.303,P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Ezrin and Survivin play a very important role in the development in gastric cancer and can be a factor in diagnosis of gastric cancer and estimation of prognosis.
