低度近视与高度近视飞秒准分子激光术后角膜曲率变化的对比研究  被引量:2

摘  要:目的对比研究低度近视和高度近视飞秒准分子激光术后角膜曲率变化。方法 70例(140眼)近视患者被分为2组:低度近视组、高度近视组。采用晶星900光学生物测量仪对2组患者进行检测,得到术前K值、术后K值,ΔK及等效球镜(SE)矫治,对比研究低度近视和高度近视飞秒准分子激光术后角膜曲率变化的差异。结果术后高度近视组K值明显小于低度近视组,差异有显著性。矫治1.00D的等效球镜度数时,低度近视组角膜曲率变化(0.99±0.15)D,高度近视组角膜曲率变化(0.87±0.26)D,两组之间的ΔK/SE矫治比较差异无统计学意义,但低度近视组ΔK/SE矫治明显大于标准值0.8,比较具有统计学意义。结论矫正同等量单位的等效球镜时,低度近视比高度近视的角膜曲率变化大。【Objective】 To contrast investigate the change of corneal curvature alterations in low and high myopia after femtosecond LASIK.【Methods】 140 eyes of 70 patients were obtained to form two groups: low myopia and high myopia.Each eye was submitted to the LENSTAR 900 Biometry examinations measure corneal curvature(K value) include Kpre and Kpost,the change of corneal refractive power ΔK=Kpre-Kpost.Contrast investigate corneal curvature re-alterations in two groups.【Results】 Kpost of high myopia group were lower than low myopia.When spherical equivalent degree changes 1.00D,ΔK is 0.99±0.15D in low myopia group and 0.87±0.26D in high myopia group.ΔK/SE have not significant differences between the 2 groups,but the ΔK/SE in low myopia group is higher than standard value(0.8).【Conclusion】 The change of corneal curvature(ΔK) in low myopia group is greater than the high myopia group,when correct the same SE.
