摘 要:为解决水下石油管道法兰连接机具20个螺栓的夹紧定位难题,运用变自由度机构构型设计方法,设计了变自由度螺栓夹紧定位机构,并对其不同工作阶段的不同功能结构进行分析,实现了成组螺栓的夹紧与释放。运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立螺栓夹紧机构的多体动力学模型,并对螺栓的夹紧过程进行动力学仿真,得到各螺栓的受力曲线,仿真结果表明,成组螺栓受力均匀,满足螺栓夹紧定位需求。研制了螺栓夹紧机构试验样机,进行了螺栓夹紧定位与释放试验,结果表明,螺栓夹紧机构能可靠地夹紧与释放螺栓,并能保证成组螺栓的定位精度,螺栓能成功引入螺母,验证了螺栓夹紧机构设计的合理性。A variable freedom bolt clamping mechanism was designed by the configuration design method of variable freedom mechanism, which could solve the problems of 20 bolt clamping positions for flange connection tool of underwater petroleum pipeline. The various functional structures in dif- ferent working stages were analyzed, and the clamping mechanism had the function that clamping and release of the bolt group. The bolt clamping mechanism system's multi--body dynamics model was built by the software of ADAMS. By analysis of the operating process dynamics simulation, the stress curves of bolt were gained. The simulation results show that the group bolt forces uniform to meet the bolt clamping and positioning needs. The test of bolt clamping mechanism test prototype was car- ried on herein. The results indicate that the clamping mechanism has clamping and release function of the bolts, which will ensure the bolt positioning accuracy. The group bolts can lead--in the nuts suc- cessfully, which verifies that the design of the bolt clamping mechanism is rationality.
