青年卒中合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对血液流变学影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨青年卒中合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对血液流变学各项指标影响的临床特点。方法对青年卒中患者合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的17例患者和同期年龄、性别匹配的临床无神经系统疾病的青年人的血液流变学资料进行分析比较。结果病例组与对照组血液流变学指标检测结果有显著差异性。结论青年卒中合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对血液流变学相关指标影响显著。Objective Discussion on young stroke patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome clinical features of the effect on blood rheology index. Methods Blood rheology to young people in 17 cases and the corresponding age, sex matched without nervous system disease complicated with young stroke patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome of data analysis. Results Significant difference was shown in the hemorheological index on the patients group and control group. Conclusion Young stroke patients with ob- structive sleep apnea syndrome on blood rheology indexes had significant influence.
