摘　　要：实验教学示范中心与精品实验课程建设对于培养本科生的科学素质与能力具有重要作用。精品实验课程建设不仅是实验教学示范中心建设的重要内涵,也是实验教学示范中心示范作用的核心目标。通过创新"细胞生物学与遗传学实验"精品课程建设,探索开放式、研究性教学新理念,创建"三模块"教学体系,培养学生"写、做、说"三基能力,不仅促进了生物学实验教学示范中心建设,更是强化了实验教学示范中心的示范作用。The experimental teaching center and the fine course construction to cultivate undergraduate scientific quality and ability have an important role. Demonstration effect is not only the connotation of the experimental teaching center construction, but also the quality course construction of the core target. Through the innovation of the Cell Biology and Genetics Experiments excellent course construction, including exploring open, research based teaching new concept, creating ＂three module＂ teaching system, and training students＇ ＂writing, doing and speaking,＂ three basic abilities, not only the biology experiment center construction is promoted, but also the experimental teaching center demonstration role is strengthened. The praise of the national experimental teaching demonstration center is gotten by evaluation experts.
