摘 要:目的了解本院抗菌药物不良反应(ADR)的发生和分布情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法对本院2010-01~2012-06临床科室上报的125例抗菌药物不良反应报告按抗菌药物种类、名称、给药途径、ADR临床表现等进行回顾性统计分析。结果 125例抗菌药物不良反应报告中以静脉给药为主,引起ADR的抗菌药物以头孢菌素类(占33.6%)、青霉素类(占29.6%)及喹诺酮类药物(占17.6%)居于前三位,主要不良反应为皮肤及附件损害、胃肠道损害,全身性损害等。结论必须提高抗菌药物临床合理应用水平,加强抗菌药物不良反应监测,以减少或避免ADR的发生。Objective To study the occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by antibacterials in the hospital,and to provide reference for clinical rational application of antibacterial agents.Methods A total of 125 reports of ADR cases induced by antibacterials from January 2010 to June 2012 in the hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively by drug types,drug names,route of administration and clinical manifestations.Results ADR caused by antibacterials were mainly administrated by intravenous drip,in which cephalosporin(33.6%),penicillin(29.6%) and quinolone(17.6%) were most prescribed.The main side effects were lesions of skin and its appendages and gastrointestinal damage and systemic damage,etc.Conclusion It is necessary to improve the rational application of antibacterial agents,and strengthen the supervision of ADR to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
