疣状痣并发乳头状汗管囊腺瘤和毛母质瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,13岁。右侧躯干黑褐色斑块13年,出现皮下结节5个月。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,乳头瘤样增生,棘层肥厚;病变从表皮深入真皮可见囊样凹陷,可见高柱状细胞及断层分泌及大量浆细胞浸润;真皮深层可见嗜碱性细胞、影细胞及过渡型细胞。诊断:疣状痣并发乳头状汗管囊腺瘤和毛母质瘤。目前仍在随访中。A 13-year-old female had presented with black brown plaques on right side chest-back fi）r 13 years,subcutaneous nodule for 5 months. Histopathological examination showed that there were hyperkeratosis and papillomatosis and acanthosis, in deep dermis cystic sunken, visible tall columnar ceils with fault secretion, dense infihration of plasma cell, basophilic shadow cells were observed. Diagnosis of verrucous nevus combined with syringocystadenoma papilliferum and pilomatrixoma were made. The patient is still in the following up.
