正畸片段弓治疗牙槽突骨折66例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析正畸片段弓治疗牙槽突骨折的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。方法:选取2010年9月至2012年6月来我院就诊治疗的66例牙槽突骨折患者,均采用正畸片段弓治疗,观察其治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:所有66例患者中治愈48例,有效15例,总治疗有效率为95.5%;治疗过程中有2例患者出现龈炎、1例出现牙脱落,总的不良反应发生率为4.5%。结论:正畸片段治疗牙槽骨折临床疗效较为显著,且十分安全可靠,值得临床广泛应用。Objective： To observe the analysis of orthodontic segmented arch alveolar process fractures clinical effect and adverse reactions occurrence. Methods： From June 2012 to September 2012, 66 cases of alveolar process fracture patients were chosen in our hospital, these 66 patients using orthodontic segmental arch treatment, to observe its therapeutic effects and adverse reactions occurred. Results： All 66 patients were cured 48 cases, effective 15 cases were treated effectively 63 cases, total effective rate of 95.5%, the treatment efficiency of 95. 5% ; gingivitis, tooth loss and other adverse reactions in 4 patients in the course of treatment, 6. 1% of the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion： Orthodontic fragment treatment of alveolar bone fold more significant clinical efficacy, and widely used for safe and reliable, worthy of clinical.
