摘　　要：目的:分析大头陈脂溶性成分。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对大头陈药材的脂溶性成分进行分析鉴定,并通过计算机对标准质谱谱库的检索进行化学成分定性。结果:从大头陈脂溶性成分中共检出41个组分,并鉴定了39种成分。结论:这些成分主要为脂肪酸类化合物,其中23种成分为首次在大头陈中鉴定出。Objective： Analysis of hydrophobic constituents from Adenosma indianum. Method： The hydrophobic constituents from Adenosma indianum were analyzed by GC - MS and identified by searching the standard mass spectral library on computer. Re- sult： 41 compounds were obtained and 39 of them were identified from the plant. Conclution： All of these compounds mainly contain the aliphatic acid and 23 of these compounds are identified from this plant for the first time.
