摘　　要：目的:调查广西瑶族、壮族、汉族群体中DYS287基因位点的遗传多态性分布。方法:采用聚合酶链反应结合琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测方法对132例白裤瑶族、149例壮族、172例汉族样本DYS287位点多态性进行检测分析。结果:三个民族人群均未发现插入YAP+个体。结论:获得广西白裤瑶族、壮族、汉族群体DYS287基因座的遗传学数据,为这三种民族遗传关系的分析、法医学鉴定及该民族的起源提供了一定的遗传背景资料。Objective： To study the polymorphisms of DYS287 locus of male Han and Zhuang and Yao nationality in Guangxi. Methods： The polymorphisms of DYS287 locus in male 172 Han and 149 Zhuang and 135 Yao were analyzed by PCR and agarose gel eleetrophoresis. Results： With YAP ＋ were not found in three population. Conclusion： The genetic data of DYS287 locus of male Han and Zhuang and Yao nationality in have been obtained, and they might be useful in studies of population origin, relationship be- tween populations, and forensic applications.
