2种非寄主挥发性成分对云南切梢小蠹嗅觉行为的影响

摘　　要：将2种非寄主(藏柏、滇青冈)挥发性成分按块状、带状、行间、株间4种方式喷施于云南松枝梢上,10、40 min后分别对喷施非寄主挥发性成分的云南松梢的着虫数、平均每梢着虫数进行统计。结果表明,株间喷施非寄主挥发性成分的云南松梢着虫数最少,平均每梢着虫数最低;其次分别为行间喷施、带状喷施、块状喷施;对照中云南松梢的着虫数、平均每梢着虫数最多。喷施非寄主挥发性成分的云南松梢着虫数、平均每梢着虫数40 min时的数量均多于10 min时的数量。说明按不同方式喷施非寄主挥发性成分于云南松梢上,对云南切梢小蠹嗅觉行为均有影响;以株间喷施非寄主挥发性成分对云南切梢小蠹嗅觉行为的影响最大,行间喷施次之,带状喷施、块状喷施影响较小。The essential oil of 2 kinds of non-hosts（Cupressu storulosa and Cyclobalanopsis oers）was sprayed with group,strips,rows and single tress ways in the shoots of Pinus yunnanensis.The total numbers and the average of every shoot of the insect were counted in 10 minutes and 40 minutes on the shoots of Tomicus yunnanensis.The results showed that the totol numbers of the pest on the shoots of P.yunnanensis with essential oil of non-hosts were the least and the average was the lowest by single tress way,followed by row,strips,group ways,and the CK was the largest in this experiment.The effect of 40 minutes was better than that of 10 minutes on the pest control.It also showed that the different sprayed ways had a great influence on olfactory behavior of T.yunnanensis,and the effect of single tress way was the most obvious,followed by row,strips,group ways.
