芜湖市护士心理资本现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解芜湖市护士的心理资本的现状。方法:采用护士心理资本问卷中文修订版,对芜湖市3家医院850名护士进行调查。结果:护士的心理资本平均得分(4.20±0.52)分;处于25～30岁年龄组和6～10年护龄组护士心理资本水平低于两端各组;学历和心理资本水平呈正相关,本科护士心理资本水平最高;心理资本水平急诊科护士最低。结论:芜湖市护士群体心理资本水平总体较高。年龄、护龄、学历和科室等因素会对护士心理资本产生影响。Objective:To study the current situation of psychological capital of clinical nurses in Wuhu City.Methods:Investigating 850 nurses in three hospitals of Wuhu by questionnaire of nurses' psychological capital(Chinese revised edition).Results:The average scores of psychological capital of Wuhu nurse groups are(4.20±0.52) points.Both groups that respectively range in age from 25 to 30 and in service year from 6 to 10 have lower levels of psychological capital than the other two groups.The education background and psychological capital level are positively correlated and the psychological capital level of undergraduate nurses is the highest.The psychological capital level of nurses in the emergency department is the lowest.Conclusion:Nurses in Wuhu City have a higher score of psychological capital generally.Age,service year,education background and working department are the factors affecting their psychological capital.
