摘　　要：交往是时代的精神和理念,交往管理是交往理念在管理领域的回应与应用。传统大学生管理是一种对象性管理,存在种种弊端,"交往管理"可以弥补对象性管理的不足,通过树立交往管理新理念——"我与你"关系理念、尊重差异理念、对话沟通理念、视界融合理念、建构生成理念等,来促进大学生管理范式的变迁,以顺应时代精神和现代社会发展的要求,提高育人的实效性。Communication is the spirit and the concept of the times,and communication management is the answer and the application of the communication concept in the management.The traditional university students＇ management is a form the object management and has many malpractices.The communication management can make up defects from the object management.Through building the new concept of communication management such as＂You and me＂relation concept,respect for differences concept,dialogue and communication concept,fusion of horizons concept,construction and generation concept,and so on.We can improve transition of the university students＇ management paradigm,to meet the spirit of the times and the need of the modern society development,to increase educational effectiveness.
