摘　　要：研究白毛藤多糖对人喉癌细胞生长的抑制作用以及Livin表达的影响。将白毛藤多糖以不同浓度加入到人喉癌细胞,用MTT比色法检测细胞增殖抑制率;荧光定量PCR检测Livin mRNA的表达。结果表明,白毛藤多糖可诱导Livin基因的表达,Livin可能参与白毛藤多糖抑制人喉癌细胞的增殖。To investigate the inhibition of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides on human laryngeal carcinoma cells invito. Human larynge- al carcinoma cells were treated with various concentration of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides. The proliferation inhibition ratio was evaluated by MT＇F. The expression of Livin gene was detected by RT-PCR. Results showed that Solamum lyratum polysaccharides could inhibit the hu-man laryngeal carcinoma cells proliferation by regulating the expression of Livin gene.
