摘　　要：阐述了黑龙江省芽苗菜发展的现状、存在的问题,并提出了黑龙江发展芽苗菜产业的对策,即建立生产合作社,进行标准化、规模化生产,加强市场培育,发展芽苗菜阳台园艺,以解决黑龙江寒冷地区蔬菜供应、营养结构问题。This paper introduced the development status and existing problems of sprout vegetables in Heilongjiang province, and put forward related development countermeasures, including establishing production cooperatives, promoting standardized and large-scale production, strengthening market cultivation and developing balcony gardening of sprout vegetables, to solve the problems of vegetable supply and nutrition structure in the cold area of Heilongjiang province.
